it. Here, the fun seems never to stop. The mood starts rising early in the morning on the beaches and at the beach bars, which create the perfect atmosphere for every visitor to enjoy the sun and the sea to the fullest. When evening comes, enjoy a wonderful dinner at one of the many restaurants across the peninsula with views of the sea or the mountains. After dinner, relax with a drink at one of the many caf\u00e9s and bars found in all the villages, enjoying a variety of musical styles, from jazz, pop and rock to Greek music, depending on the time and the mood.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>Culture<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA cornerstone for the development of cultural tourism in Kassandra is the Kassandra Festival. With a history of 25 years, it has hosted internationally renowned artists such as Ray Charles, B.B. King and Joan Baez, as well as Greek creators such as Dimitris Sgouros, Evanthia Reboutsika, Haris Alexiou, Alkistis Protopsalti and dozens of other artists who have added great value to this important cultural institution. Companies from the National Theatre and the State Theatre, along with distinguished actors from the Greek theatrical scene, take part in this celebration of culture every summer. The festival opens in July and traditionally concludes at the end of August. It takes place at the Siviri Amphitheatre, which has a capacity of 3,500 seats.
